On May 28th, I arrived for a day long interview with the team, it was a great day meeting with people I immediately liked, learning about the company and the role, and it ended with a tour of the building and a longish chat with Nicole and Ben that revealed we were all on the same page about a lot of things.
On May 30th, the team extended me an official offer to come work with them as a Principal UX Designer. I had some other interviews already scheduled for the next week, so I asked for some time to see those commitments through, and they accommodated me.
On May 31st, another company made me an offer.
